The creative process for the rooms and areas inside the Abbey in Marvel's Midnight Suns started off organically, with the visuals approximating a layout and intent that was somewhat in flux. As this direction focused, so did the art. Locations like the Forge would get a rough 3D layout that could also help test flow during playthroughs. In that sense, many concepts were more suggestive than prescriptive at first, with subsequent callouts helping solve specific props as needed.
